AIMA is democratic and national organization that aims to unite and inspire Muslim healthcare and serve humanity. AIMA organizational structure comprises of a central and branches in states and territories of Australia. Muslim healthcare professionals form the significant proportion of the Australian Health Workforce. Our membership body reflects the diversity of professions, grades, ethnicities and localities with the Muslims workforce.

AIMA Recognised by NSW Parliament
Hon Minister Sophie Cotsis, MP, Member for Canterbury and Minister for Workplace Health and Safety and Industrial Relations, speaking in NSW Parliament on 24th May 2023, acknowledging and appreciating the Australian Islamic Medical Association (AIMA) national conference and various health promotion and prevention activities done by AIMA members.
It’s great to note such formal recognition in NSW Parliament highlighted and acknowledged the positive contributions of Australian Muslim healthcare professionals who are working together on AIMA’s platform, serving and giving back positively to the Australian community in many ways.
