Dr Yousuf Ahmad

Yousuf H. Ahmad has been a Family Physician and procedural generalist most of his professional life. He is a General Practitioner with specialisation in health professionals education, primary health management and governance of not for profit organisations. He is a GP supervisor involved in training and mentoring of registrars and international medical gradates for over 20 years, as well as medical education of students from University of Melbourne, Monash University and John Flynn Scholars. He has served many years as a Director and then Chair of East Gippsland Primary Health Alliance, as Deputy Chair and Board member of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Victoria. He has been the Chairperson of Board of Directors, Rural Work Force Agency, Victoria (RWAV). He is also the Recent past Chair of Muslims Health Professionals Australia (MHPA) and United Leaders Forum Australia

Urologist based in Canberra, Specialising in Laparoscopic and Robotic Oncological Surgery
 
Ex member of Islamic Medical Association of South Africa. I have done medical charity work under the auspices of Islamic Medical Association of QLD / Pakistan Medical Association and Federation of Islamic Medical Associations in Africa and Subcontinent. Participated in vesio-vaginal fistula repair camps in Tanzania and several Urological Surgical camps in Pakistan and Kashmir.

Dr Malak Sukkar

Board Member

Malak is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in strategic and operational management, business development, and marketing across public and private health sectors. She is the CEO & Managing Director of MediHealth Partners and has held key leadership roles at Northern Health, St Vincent’s Health Australia, and Healthe Care Australia. Malak holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from RMIT and has a background in Health and Nursing. She serves on multiple boards, including ACU’s Peter Faber Business School Advisory Council and South East Volunteers. She is also a member of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
