📍 Location: Online (Zoom) 💰 Cost: $5 (All proceeds donated to AIMA’s charity wing – HEAL International) Organised by AIMA NSW JMO/Student Wing About The Event: The journey to medical and dental school is demanding—and for many students, the UCAT is the single biggest hurdle along the way. It is not just an exam of knowledge; it is a test of how you think, reason, prioritise, and perform under pressure—the very skills required of future healthcare professionals. At AIMA, we believe in supporting students who aspire to serve both their communities and the Ummah through healthcare. This exclusive UCAT workshop is designed to help you build the foundational skills needed to perform confidently and strategically in the UCAT, rather than relying on rote learning alone. Led by Dr Fahad Khan (@Fahad_teaches | Medical doctor) and Itquan Karim (Medical student), this interactive session will break down what the UCAT is truly assessing and equip you with practical techniques that you can immediately apply. What You Will Learn:
  • Understanding the UCAT subsets
    • Verbal Reasoning
    • Decision Making
    • Quantitative Reasoning
  • Time Management
    • Proven strategies to manage time pressure effectively without burning out
  • Ethics & Situational Judgement
    • How to approach ethical scenarios with clarity, structure and professionalism
  • Live Q&A session
    • Gain insight and advice from current medical students and medical doctors who successfully navigated the UCAT and medical school pathway
