Girls Ramadan Iftar – Wagga Wagga

On the evening of Friday 20 February 2026, AIMA joined forces with My Riverina and Headspace Wagga to co-host a Girls Ramadan Iftaar at 18A Chaston Street, Wagga Wagga — an evening centred on nourishing both body and soul.

The gathering brought together young women for a meaningful and thoughtfully curated evening that wove together faith, reflection, and mental health. Guests were treated to curated talks, including a presentation on Ramadan and Brain Benefits by Dr Omer Shareef, AIMA National President, and a mental health talk delivered by Headspace Wagga.

The evening also featured a range of heartfelt activities including tasbih making, letters to future self, and Ramadan goal-setting, creating space for introspection and intention. Guests came together for a one-dish iftaar and Maghrib prayer.
