AIMA NSW holds Future Leaders Masterclass for Healthcare Students & JMOs

On Saturday 30 August 2025, AIMA NSW hosted its first Future Leaders Masterclass in Sydney.
This full-day program brought together healthcare students and junior medical officers for an intensive experience focused on:
🔹 Leadership skills training – built on universal ethical principles inspired by Islamic traditions of service and humility.
🔹 Research and career guidance – practical insights to support academic and professional growth.
🔹 Mentoring and networking – connecting future doctors with experienced clinicians and role models.

Our goal: to equip the next generation of healthcare professionals with the confidence, values, and vision to lead Australia’s health system with integrity.

A big thank you to our faculty, facilitators, and volunteers whose expertise and commitment made this inaugural masterclass a success.

We look forward to continuing this journey of developing future healthcare leaders.
