Annual Blood Donation Drive
AIMA’s annual Blood Donation Drive will be held on Friday 29 November 2024 at participating mosques all around Australia.
The urgent need for blood donations, especially from diverse ethnic groups, is vital to meet the needs of Australia’s multicultural patients.
Recognising this, AIMA initiated the national blood drive, encouraging mosque congregants from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds to participate.
Islamophobia Research Project
The Australian Islamic Medical Association (AIMA), in partnership with Federation University Australia, is conducting a research study on Islamophobia in Australian Healthcare. This survey is for *all healthcare professionals* (Muslim and non-Muslim) and students/trainees in any health field.
The survey is *anonymous*, takes less than 20 minutes, and is completely voluntary.
